Job description includes:

• Provide high standard of customer service to our clientele
• Evaluation of customer’s needs and offering the right product for the specific case.
• Maintain showroom, store cleanliness and assist in product management
• Assist in administrative tasks as required

The right candidate will:

•Be an engergetic and enthusiastic, and creative professional
• Have proven sales experience and understanding of sales process. Shoe experience helpful, but not required.
•Loves to make a difference in people’s lives.
• Be prepared and dedicated to an extensive training process.
• Possess strong communication skills and committed to exceptional customer service.
•Should be a team player who is looking for a longterm career
• Have the ability to work independendly
and in a team
• Has POS System experience
• Has proven her/himself to be reliable
• Is detailed oriented
Must be physically fit to climb ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time.
Must be able to kneel and get back up.
Must be able and display a willingness to assist the customers to try on shoes.

Erhard’s Orthopedics offers:
Full time position or
Part time /20 Hrs minimum required with goal to develop into full time.
